Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, return the item within 14 days of when it shipped to you and we will refund your money, less shipping fees and insurance. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in new condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States! You don't pay anything to have your jewelry sent to you! That's a tremendous savings for you. We typically ship by priority mail within three business days following cleared payment. If you would prefer faster delivery or insurance coverage, please contact us about the fee. Custom made orders, of course, usually take longer before shipment.
HAWAII, ALASKA AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please contact us with your address and we will check with UPS, FED EX and USPS for the best rate. For international sales, the item will be marked on the customs form at the final selling price not including shipping costs. We will not mark your purchase as a gift. Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by their country. For international orders, exact shipping times can NOT be guaranteed due to possible custom and delivery delays. The United States Postal Service does not permit insurance or tracking on Priority Mail International Small Boxes.
